Service Description
This service is optimal for discussing diet, health, training plans, some minor problem solving of behavioral issues and training, and also working out the detailed specifics of theory etc. Phone consultations last between a half hour and an hour. There is a 24 hour no-refund cancellation policy on this service. This is *not* a behavior consultation, which focuses on gathering history and creating a strategic plan moving forward with on-going support to troubleshoot problem areas with your horse. This phone call is meant for follow up conversations to a behavior consultation, and for asking quick and generalized questions.


Cancellation Policy
The Willing Equine services have a 72 hour cancellation policy, and a 24 hour rescheduling policy. Services cancelled within the 72 hour range will be responsible to pay for 100% of the service cost, however you can reschedule at at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled service and not be charged.
