Broken up into monthly modules, PEP provides comprehensive support designed to prepare you to flourish in your career as an R+ based horse trainer. The longer format of this program allows us to dive deep into the many facets of your business, as well as develop and refine your coaching and consulting skills.

Weekly PEP Mentorship Virtual Meetups:
During these meetings, we will alternate between topic discussion and training feedback sessions:

+ Topic discussion calls are live discussions and presentations on educational content based on that month’s module. This also includes the opportunity for members to ask live questions, tailoring the discussion to that group’s needs.
+ Training Feedback sessions are designed to help improve your coaching and consulting skills. Members will submit videos of their coaching or training sessions for live review. Feedback is constructive and supportive of all coaching and training stages.

Members-Only Chat Group
Exclusive to members and auditors of PEP, this chat group is a space to ask questions between meetings, share your successes, receive encouragement and support, and so much more! Engage in the chat at any time, and Adele will be available to respond during weekly business hours.

3 1:1 Business Coaching Sessions
These private business coaching sessions are the perfect place to pick Adele’s brain, and talk in-depth about your business's goals, finances, and marketing strategy. Each coaching session is 1 hour and will provide you with detailed feedback and support along with a recording for rewatch at any time.

Small Group Setting
Allows for a close-knit community of equine professionals and individualized support. PEP is open to a maximum of 5 members per cohort.

Certificate of Completions
Display your certificate of completion on your website and show it to your clients. To receive your certificate of completion, members must have completed the program's commitments and prerequisites.

9-MONTH MENTORSHIP:
As this will be a significant commitment, I have a few requirements for any students interested in joining the mentorship program.
Complete Horsemanship for Harmony and all 3 Foundation Courses
Complete an internship or immersive at The Willing Equine's Training Facility
Complete the minimum weekly engagement requirements into TWE Academy
